Why 9" instead of 10 inches?
Due to the height of the tyre lugs, the maximum size that allows installation on Xiaomi scooters is 9 inches, which added to the height of the lugs gives a height very similar to 10 inch tyres, so it is the maximum size for most scooters.

Is it necessary to use rear mudguard and stand shims?
No, with OFFROAD 9" tyres. no need to install supplements to raise the mudguard and stand.
